It’s made from scratch…
                   right on the farm

Organic Ice Cream

 
We begin with fresh whole milk from our own pasture-fed Jersey cows.  To ensure it maintains its healthy benefits, we pasteurize our milk at a low temperature and keep it non-homogenized.  To that we add dozens of free range chicken eggs.  We add just enough sweetness to make it taste great without the sugar overload and never use artificial sweeteners or high fructose corn syrups. 

Why?  Well, we want to give you the finest.  For example, ever hear of Nielsen-Massey’s pure organic Madagascar bourbon vanilla?  That’s in our ice cream too.  It’s the only cold processed vanilla in the U.S., and has a fabulous deep, rich flavor!   Check it out in the health food stores.   Ever hear of Celtic grey sea salt?  We think it’s the best quality salt you can buy.  It’s hand harvested and sun dried and contains vital elements and trace minerals.  It’s what the famous chefs use!

These wholesome ingredients go into our ice cream with you in mind.  We want what’s good for us … and we want it for you too!

We make our ice cream right from scratch, one small batch at a time.

What’s YOUR favorite flavor?

 Very Vanilla
Made with our own original recipe, it’s really old-fashion vanilla custard made with eggs right from our farm – and lots of them too!  It’s also flavored with pure organic Madagascar bourbon vanilla and embedded with vanilla bean specks.  It’s creamy, and it’s really good!
 Ginger Cream
Our most popular!  Reminiscent of a ginger ale float but with a new twist.  Organic ginger puree is swirled into our rich vanilla ice cream, It’s hot & spicy, yet cool & creamy at the same time.  See if you get hooked on it too!
 Cookie Crumble
Like the famous Oreo cookie ice cream, we have our own version made with 100% organic sandwich cookies by Country Choice Organic.  Our customers recommended it; we tried it and think it tastes out of this world!  Try it and see.
 Michigan Mint Chocolate Chip
It’s cool and refreshing -- made with pure mint extract grown on a farm just a few miles south of ours.  Grown and made right there!  Our mint ice cream is blended with premium organic dark chocolate mini chips.  It’s a classic!
Chocolate Mousse
We start out with our smooth-tasting homemade very vanilla ice cream, then churn in mounds of Green & Black organic cocoa power. High quality ingredients make for a rich tasting dessert your whole family will love :)
Cinnamon Stick
What could be better then a unique blend of organic cinnamon powder enriched with organic vanilla bean.  Place this ice cream with apple pie...  WOW, life doesn't get any better then this.
Strawberry Rhubarb
