Remember those days when milk was delivered to your door? You'd get that fresh bottle of milk with all the cream on the top. And oh was it good!! Well, remember no more - you can have it again. Thomas' brings you that same fresh, wholesome milk with all the goodness of the cream on top. One taste and you'll remember what real milk is.
We bottle our milk at our on-farm creamery using our fresh whole Jersey cow milk (no cream is removed). We pasteurize it in small quantities at a low temperature and bottle it right there. And we deliver it ourselves to local stores in your area. We also bring it fresh each Saturday to the Royal Oak Farmers Market.
Our milk comes in half-gallon bottles and is vat pasteurized (low temperature) and non-homogenized. That means it is minimally processed, so you still have all the goodness you're looking for. It's fresh, whole milk, with none of the cream removed. You'll see the difference in the rich creamery color, and you'll taste the difference too.
